Breathedge 2 Attendant Parts: Where to Find Body, Head and Arm

Where each Attendant part is in Breathedge 2 Early Access — body, head, and the tiny arm that stalls runs — plus what the quest actually gives you.

FAQ

How many Attendant parts are there in Breathedge 2?
Three, as documented in the tested walkthrough: body, head and arm. The body floats below the platform, the head is in a pile of benches, and the arm is the small prop by the blue glue machine. No fourth part is known in the Early Access build.
Why can I not find the Attendant arm?
Because the prop is extremely small and sits beside a glue machine, three orange balls and a small iron bridge, where it is easy to occlude. The 2026-04-03 design pass removed hand-holding objective markers, so nothing points at it. Search the ground plane of that cluster rather than the rooms around it.
Is the Attendant quest required to finish Chapter 1?
Not according to the tested walkthrough, which lists the mainline gates as repairing the crashed train, the antenna chain, the Depot temperature work and retrieving the jammer. The Attendant is reported as a side activity with both collectible and quest properties. Treat it as optional until a second test says otherwise.
What do you get for assembling the Attendant?
A working robot NPC installed in the station: the walkthrough describes her becoming a functional station fixture after assembly. Whether she also grants an achievement or a specific reward is not stated in the available sources and stays TBC.

Assemble the Attendant is the Chapter 1 side activity where you recover three pieces of a robot NPC and put her back together. Two of the three parts are findable on an honest first pass; the arm is not, because the model is so small it disappears against the junk it sits in. This page lists each part with the landmark it is reported at, separates the documented from the inferred, and states plainly what nobody has verified yet.

Last verified 2026-09-01 against the Early Access build released 2026-08-31. All three locations come from a player-tested walkthrough, not from the pre-launch demo guide.

Where are the three Attendant parts?

PartReported locationHow you get itConfidence
BodyFloating below the station platformRetrieve it from the open space beneath the platformCommunity-tested 2026-08-31
HeadIn a pile of benchesPick it up from the bench stackCommunity-tested 2026-08-31
ArmBeside a blue glue machine and three orange balls, next to the small iron bridgePick it up off the ground level of that clusterCommunity-tested 2026-08-31

All three sit in the station-and-platform area that also carries the chapter’s opening objectives — the source gives no separate named region for the quest, so plan it as part of your first sweep rather than a separate expedition. The Chapter 1 walkthrough covers the mainline route through the same zone. What is not documented is any order requirement: nothing in the sources says you must take the body before the head, so collect whatever you reach first.

How do you find the Attendant’s arm?

This is the part that stalls runs. The walkthrough describes it as extremely small and hidden beside a specific junk cluster: a blue glue machine, three orange balls, and a small iron bridge next to them.

Work the cluster in this order:

  1. Find the glue machine first. The source names it as blue, which gives you a color to scan for.
  2. Then count the orange balls. Three of them sit near the machine; they mark the radius you need to search.
  3. Then search at ground level around the bridge. The prop is described as extremely small, so it sits at your eye line’s blind spot rather than on a shelf or in a container; the bridge’s legs can also occlude it.
  4. Circle the cluster rather than sweeping the district. Walking past at eye level is the failure mode; the fix is approach angle, not more area covered.

The glue machine, the three orange balls, the small iron bridge and the “extremely small” description are all from the tested walkthrough. Everything else on this page — search order, approach angle, occlusion — is inference about how to search, not verified game behaviour. If it contradicts your save, your save is right.

If you still cannot see it
Two things worth checking before you conclude the part is missing. First, approach the cluster from the opposite side — a low, tiny prop is exactly the kind of thing that one sightline hides and another does not. Second, check your inventory: a pickup that small is easy to bank without noticing, and if the game has any stuck “not collected” state on this quest, nobody has documented it. No occlusion or quest-flag bug for this prop is reported in the sources available as of the 2026-08-31 build.

What does the Attendant do once assembled?

Documented: after you fit the parts, the Attendant becomes a functional fixture of the station — a working robot NPC in the space rather than a heap of scrap. That is the payoff the walkthrough records, and it is also why the quest is classed as having both collectible and quest properties.

Undocumented, so do not build a plan on it:

QuestionStatus
Does she sell, craft, or repair anything specific?TBC
Does she grant an achievement?TBC
Is she needed for any Chapter 1 objective or the ending? Not listed among the gates — TBC
Can the quest be failed or the parts lost?TBC

The achievement list for Early Access has not appeared in any structured source we trust yet, so a collectible-and-achievement cross table is not something we can honestly publish. It goes in when the data exists.

Is anything else collectible in the same area?

Yes, and the same sweep should grab them. The station district is where the chapter’s practical materials hang: Electrical Tape on taped-over pipes (Cut), Light Bulbs in lamp sockets (Unscrew), Electronics inside appliances such as washing machines, and Foam in the yellow wall insulation. The full running list, including which items are still demo-era claims, is on the collectibles checklist; per-material lookups are in the materials where to find hub.

Two logistics notes that decide whether an Attendant run is comfortable:

  • Oxygen is the constraint on any long platform-underneath sweep. Refill points are mapped in the oxygen locations guide.
  • Carry capacity is the second constraint. Backpack costs 4 Titanium and lifts carry from 110 to 185 in one community test — Titanium sourcing is on the titanium page.

How does the Attendant compare with other Chapter 1 stuck points?

The stuck points reported for this chapter are an early “joke” event that kills more often than not, material recognition (Plastic nodes, taped pipes, Titanium’s spiked-ball look), the Cold Protection 100 gate that stops Depot progress even though you can fly in (see the cold protection guide), and vague quest markers that leave players asking how to do things like raise the pantograph. The arm belongs to that last family: a small, unmarked object nobody explains. It is also the cheapest one to fix — three landmarks and a lower eye line — which is why it is worth writing down.
